Product Introduction

Conveyor rollers, also known as conveyor idlers, are key supporting components in belt conveyor systems. They support the conveyor belt and transported materials, reduce running resistance, and help keep the conveyor operating smoothly and continuously.

They are widely used in mining, quarrying, cement plants, coal handling systems, power plants, ports, steel plants, and bulk material handling applications.

Main Types

Carrying Roller

Used on the carrying side of the conveyor to support the loaded belt.

Troughing Roller

Used in multi-roller sets to form a trough shape, helping prevent material spillage and improve conveying capacity.

Return Roller

Installed on the return side of the conveyor to support the empty belt. Available in flat, comb, spiral, or rubber disc designs depending on the working condition.

Impact Roller

Installed at loading and transfer points to absorb material impact and protect the conveyor belt.

Self-Aligning Roller

Used to help correct belt misalignment and reduce belt edge damage.

Guide Roller

Installed vertically or on the side of the conveyor to limit belt side movement and assist belt tracking.
