Troughing Idler Brackets are designed to support and position conveyor idler rollers in belt conveyor systems. They provide a stable structure for carrying rollers, helping to maintain belt alignment, increase material carrying capacity, and ensure smooth operation under continuous working conditions.

Available Types

• Troughing Idler Bracket: used with three-roll troughing idler sets; available trough angles include 30°, 35°, and 45°.
• Return Roller Bracket: designed for return rollers on the lower belt section.
• Self-Aligning Idler Bracket: used to automatically correct belt misalignment.
• Impact Idler Bracket: installed at loading and transfer points.

Material

• Standard material: Q235 carbon steel
• Optional material: Q345 high strength steel
• Surface treatment: painted finish, hot-dip galvanized finish, or custom anti-corrosion coating
