Ceramic Fiber Insulation Wool
High-temperature insulation material for industrial heat preservation and thermal equipment protection.
Product Introduction
Ceramic fiber insulation wool is a high-temperature insulation material used for industrial heat preservation, furnace lining, kiln insulation, pipe insulation and thermal equipment protection.
Temperature Grades
- 1000°C Grade
- 1260°C Grade
- 1400°C Grade
- 1600°C Grade
Classification temperature is a short-term reference temperature under test conditions. Recommended working temperature is usually lower than the classification temperature. For long-term use, product selection should be based on actual working temperature and application conditions.
Applications
- Furnace lining
- Kiln insulation
- Boiler insulation
- High-temperature pipe insulation
- Industrial heat preservation
- Thermal equipment protection
Key Features
- Low thermal conductivity
- Lightweight
- Good thermal shock resistance
- Easy cutting and installation
- Suitable for high-temperature insulation
How To Choose
If the working temperature is close to the upper limit, choose a higher temperature grade. Do not select insulation material only according to classification temperature. Long-term working temperature, atmosphere, mechanical load and installation method should be considered.
